Tower at Central Park

The Tower at Central Park is conceived as a 44-storey luxury residential landmark on the western edge of Tbilisi’s Central Park. Its gently twisting form draws inspiration from the park’s organic contours and the site’s panoramic views across the Kura River valley, Hippodrome Hill and the historic skyline.

A finely calibrated system of aluminium fins forms a continuous architectural frame around the tower. These fins capture and direct views while bringing coherence to the diversity of apartment types behind them, creating unity without erasing difference. During the day, the fins act as instruments of light and shadow, registering the sun’s changing position as shadows move across the façade and into the interiors. In this way, the architecture makes the passage of time visible, allowing light to become an expression of movement and life.

By evening, this relationship is inverted. Rather than receiving light, the tower begins to emit it, glowing softly through the framed façade like a lantern in the city, a quiet symbol of presence and hope.

At the base, a landscaped retail promenade extends Central Park into the development, while elevated gardens, wellness spaces, a clubhouse and a 25-metre infinity pool create a highly amenitised residential experience. The project brings together landscape, luxury and a refined architectural identity to establish a distinctive new address in Tbilisi.
